Energy Centers - Just Show Up

Q. How do I connect with my centers of energy in a way that I can feel and recognize?

Be still. Attend to them. See them in your mind’s eye. Feel them. Know they are there for you and with you and you only need to attune yourself to their presence. Practice. Be still. Feel. Know. Believe in yourself and your abilities. Believe in what you are capable of. Believe it will all come forth from you and through you. There is no where to be other than now. Use what is accessible to you to notice small shifts in energy and attune yourself to them. Allow them to come to you while you go to them. A meeting in the middle as it were. Meet with them. Greet them with love and kindness and appreciation for all they give you. They hook you into the stream of life force energy. Coddle them like you would a baby. Send them your love and attention. Notice them. Feel them. Be them. Be with them. Love them and appreciate them for all they do. They are here for you to connect in to and through.

Practice. Be in joy. Be in rhythm. Be in time to their beat. Be one with them and see what they have to offer. Go quizzically into their field. For their field is your field. You are them and they are you. It is one and the same. Go forth and make the connection. And when you do, relax and enjoy them. Watch them, notice them. Don’t try to do anything other than tune in and tap in. Your job is to just show up. Show up with your attention and intention to make a connection.

Be true and honor yourself. Honor all that thrives within you. Honor it all. Allow it to shine from every particle that is you or that you perceive to be you. When you honor within, you shine without. Shine. Shine. Shine. That’s the job. That’s the point. That’s what this life is about. Let us show you our relationship to it all, to the divine in you. Sit and practice. Just be still and tune in.
