On Releasing Judgement

Q. How can I elevate myself and keep my heart open and wide around those who are tense and closed?
Pay no attention outwardly at the actions of others. Only open up love, joy and peace within. Emanate those feelings from deep within. Find them and connect with them. Put all your attention into growing a radiating pulse of love and kindness from your heart. One could argue that it elevates your game to be around others who are unlike you. It is easy to fall into a coherent pattern with like minded individuals. It is a masters level accomplishment to stay tuned into a higher level of love and peace around those who resonate in the pain body, lower vibrational states.
Q. I feel myself moving toward judgement; what does my higher self recommend at these times?
As always, first notice. Feel an inner relief and appreciation for your ability to quickly notice when the state of judgement arises within. Greet it with a simple acknowledgement. It is arising because some part of you believes this emotion will keep you safe and secure. Acknowledge your psyche for its effort and let it know that you no longer require the services of its judgement. Treat it as an object; an object of interest. Be quizzical when it appears and understand what it believes its purpose to be. Breathe in deeply and relax your body. As you breathe out, let the particles of judgement exit your field swiftly and freely. Open yourself up. Remove all blocks to this exit. Create many, many avenues of departure. Imagine the particles of judgement streaming out from you into the vast beyond. Then notice what is left in the here and now. Scan your body and notice what is left. Imagine that your light being is freely and easily alleviating your physical body. Tune in to what is left. Let the love emanate and pulse throughout the cells of your being and tune into those and those alone.
