Recognize that every other being who passes you this day is a miracle too. Take notice of the small wonders, the kindnesses, the sharing, the loving, the pain, the anguish and just open up your heart. Open up your heart to it all. Open it up. Open it up to all that surrounds you. Open yourself up to love and feel it.
